Through the 8(a) STARS II GWAC, Federal Government can purchase information technology (IT) services from a proven 8a company. The 8(a) STARS II GWAC provides agencies with pre-competed, easy-to-use contracts, access to proven technology providers, a shortened procurement lead time, and 8(a) socioeconomic credit.
