With expertise in the areas of information sharing and legacy software modernization, Evans & Chambers Technology will work in partnership with the General Services Administration to bring Custom Computing Programming and Design Services to the Federal Government. Through the 8(a) STARS II GWAC, Federal Government can purchase information technology (IT) services from a proven 8(a) company. The 8(a) STARS II GWAC provides agencies with a pre-competed easy-to-use contract that provides access to proven technology companies. The STARS II contract offers mature IT solutions with a shortened procurement lead time and 8(a) socioeconomic credit.
